Workshop: Introduction to Python programming
This beginner-level hands-on workshop is designed to introduce the basics Python programming language. Participants will learn about Python fundamentals including data types, conditionals, looping and functions. The latter half will focus on applying the concept for real-world protein-centric data analysis and a brief introduction to plotting (data visualisation). This session is recommended to participants with little or no knowledge of Python. This workshop will be a building block to prepare you to carry out your own reproducible analysis and increase your productivity.
